1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Krit{ai} (the "Service", the "App", also referenced in third-party app stores and developer platforms as "Krit-AI"), a web application available at krit-ai.com and operated by Lanark Gray Limited (company number 17017431, registered in England and Wales, registered office: Belmont Suite, Paragon Business Park, Chorley New Road, Bolton, Lancashire, BL6 6HG) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Krit{ai} is a revenue intelligence platform that connects to your ecommerce, social media, and email marketing platforms to generate daily performance briefs ("Pulses"). We access your data through authorised API connections that you explicitly grant.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Authorised Use

You may only connect accounts and data sources that you own or have explicit authorisation to access. You must not use the Service to access data belonging to third parties without their consent. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

You retain ownership of all data you provide or that is collected through your connected platforms. We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms including but not limited to Shopify, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, Klaviyo, and Google. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Pulse briefs generated by Krit{ai} use artificial intelligence to analyse your data and produce insights. These insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for any business decisions made based on the Service's output.

8. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be communicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

9. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krit{ai} and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and we will delete your data within 30 days, unless required by law to retain it. You may request immediate deletion of your data by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
